Quote Approval
Submit your configuration. We send a custom quote within 24 hours. A 30% deposit is required to begin and covers design time and quote work.

Sampling
A 40% deposit is required before sampling begins. At this stage 70% of your total is secured. True physical sample available at additional cost — adds approximately 2 weeks.

Production & Shipment
Remaining 30% balance due before your order ships. Product is not released until payment is received in full.

Delivery
3-4 weeks from quote approval. Add 2 weeks if a true sample is requested.
Party Pilates product samples available at $12. Purchase a sample sock to check material quality, grip feel, and finish before committing to your custom order.
